Jason Brower

JASON BROWER was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma but moved to Abilene, Texas during his freshman year of high school. He earned his BBA in Marketing from Hardin-Simmons University in 1999, and his JD from South Texas College of Law in 2003.

Before coming to work for Heard and Smith, Jason was a highly successful litigator and appellate lawyer in the areas of probate and guardianship and was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine six times. He has handled cases all over the state of Texas and appealed cases in state and federal courts up to and including the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts.

Jason is a member of the Disability and Elder Law Attorneys Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas State Bar.
